La ristorazione Fini protagonista alla Mostra “Amo Pavarotti”

Tra la Famiglia Fini ed il grande tenore Luciano Pavarotti esisteva un rapporto personale solido, basato su ammirazione, stima e rispetto reciproci.
Per onorare la memoria del Maestro e questo rapporto d’altri tempi, i discendenti di Giorgio Fini Andrea e Maria Elena Balli, oggi a capo dell’Hotel Real Fini Baia del Re, hanno riaperto per tre sere il Ristorante Fini di cui il grande tenore era assiduo frequentatore: due serate nel cuore di SoHo, il quartiere più trendy di New York dove la mostra è stata presentata con un’anteprima mondiale, una serata a Verona.

L’intento era permettere agli Ospiti delle serate di assaggiare i piatti che il Maestro amava degustare in centro a Modena: i sapori tipici della tradizione modenese sono stati preparati dallo staff del Ristorante Fini Baia del Re come sempre partendo dalla materia prima anche oltre oceano: Scaglie di Parmigiano con gocce di Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena, Erbazzone e Crescentone, mini tigelline col Pesto modenese, Creme Brulée all’Aceto Balsamico… e poi ancora Tortellini Pasticciati al Ragù Bianco di Vitello e Risotto all’Aceto Balsamico.
